Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Varnell Row.

Cancellations and returns

If you are a UK customer, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you then have 14 days to return the item to us.

To request a return, please contact us at decoratofs@gmail.com before sending any item back.

Items must be returned in a condition consistent with reasonable inspection, and should include the original packaging where possible.

Please do not send returns without contacting us first.

Return shipping

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not as described, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and, where helpful, photos of the issue.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

We aim to process refunds promptly and, where required by UK consumer law, no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or appropriate evidence that the goods have been sent back.

Where applicable, we will also refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered at checkout. Additional delivery costs for premium or express shipping are not refundable unless required by law.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Non-returnable items

Certain items may not be eligible for return where permitted by law, including:

• personalised or made-to-order items
• sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed
• gift cards
• items damaged through misuse after delivery

Sale items are not automatically excluded from your statutory rights.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to contact us, return the original item where applicable, and place a new order once the return has been accepted.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
